Civiln\u00fd sporov\u00fd poriadok v platnom znen\u00ed ,,Listiny vydan\u00e9 org\u00e1nmi verejnej moci v medziach ich pr\u00e1vomoci, ako aj listiny, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa osobitn\u00fdm predpisom vyhl\u00e1sen\u00e9 za verejn\u00e9, potvrdzuj\u00fa pravdivos\u0165 toho, \u010do sa v nich osved\u010duje alebo potvrdzuje, ak nie je dok\u00e1zan\u00fd opak.\u02ee),<\/li><li>poskytneme V\u00e1m komplexn\u00e9 zastupovanie v katastr\u00e1lnom konan\u00ed,<\/li><li>v zmysle katastr\u00e1lneho z\u00e1kona (z\u00e1kon \u010d. 162\/1995 Z. z. v platnom znen\u00ed) ak ide o zmluvu o prevode nehnute\u013enosti, ktor\u00e1 bola vyhotoven\u00e1 vo forme not\u00e1rskej z\u00e1pisnice, okresn\u00fd \u00farad posudzuje zmluvu iba z poh\u013eadu, \u010di je s\u00faladn\u00e1 s katastr\u00e1lnym oper\u00e1tom a \u010di s\u00fa splnen\u00e9 procesn\u00e9 podmienky na povolenie vkladu,<\/li><li>ak zmluva o prevode nehnute\u013enosti bola vyhotoven\u00e1 vo forme not\u00e1rskej z\u00e1pisnice, okresn\u00fd \u00farad rozhodne o n\u00e1vrhu na povolenie vkladu do 20 dn\u00ed odo d\u0148a doru\u010denia n\u00e1vrhu na vklad, a to bez poplatku za ur\u00fdchlen\u00e9 konanie (pri be\u017enej zmluve okresn\u00fd \u00farad rozhodne o n\u00e1vrhu na vklad do 30 dn\u00ed odo d\u0148a doru\u010denia n\u00e1vrhu na vklad a na z\u00e1klade \u017eiadosti o ur\u00fdchlen\u00e9 konanie o n\u00e1vrhu na vklad a zaplaten\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vneho poplatku do 15 dn\u00ed odo d\u0148a doru\u010denia n\u00e1vrhu na vklad),<\/li><li>popri sp\u00edsan\u00ed zmluvy vo forme not\u00e1rskej z\u00e1pisnice m\u00e1te mo\u017enos\u0165 vyu\u017ei\u0165 in\u0161tit\u00fat not\u00e1rskej \u00faschovy pe\u0148az\u00ed ako formu vyplatenia k\u00fapnej ceny pri prevode nehnute\u013enosti,<\/li><li>\u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi zmluvy vo forme not\u00e1rskej z\u00e1pisnice m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 aj osoby, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nepo\u010duj\u00face, nem\u00e9 alebo osoby, ktor\u00e9 nem\u00f4\u017eu\/nevedia p\u00edsa\u0165 alebo \u010d\u00edta\u0165, pr\u00edpadne sa nevedia podp\u00edsa\u0165 (v s\u00fakromn\u00fdch zmluv\u00e1ch by bola tak\u00e1to mo\u017enos\u0165 nepr\u00edpustn\u00e1 a nemohlo by d\u00f4js\u0165 k platn\u00e9mu uzavretiu zmluvy, preto\u017ee v zmysle ust. \u00a7 40 ods. 6 prv\u00e1 veta z\u00e1kona \u010d. 40\/1964 Zb.
